Adriana Noemi Pucci is a leading lawyer specialized in domestic and international commercial arbitration.
Adriana has advised clients and acted as an arbitrator in arbitrations involving a wide array of issues, including: contracts with public administration; construction of wind farms; construction of hydroelectric power plants; power purchase agreements; real estate incorporation; construction contracts; guaranteed maximum price construction contracts; hotel management disputes; franchising disputes; corporate disputes; shareholders agreement disputes; future commodities agreements; agency and distribution agreements; port services disputes; unfair competition; international sale of goods; service provision disputes, among others.
She has practiced as counsel, defending clients in arbitrations conducted pursuant to the rules of domestic arbitration chambers [CAM-CCBC; FIESP/CIESP; AMCHAM; FGV] and international arbitration institutions [i.e. ICC and LCIA].
